Among the several puppetry festivals and conferences held this summer were four Puppeteers of America Regional Festivals:  Southeast Region, Great Lakes Region, and Pacific Northwest Region.   The Great Plains Regional occurred too late to appear in this issue, but will be covered in the Fall issue.
